Course Management and Consulting
Course Planning
For some projects, we are involved with course design and development from its initial stages. We also work with existing courses to develop course management plans for event day, using meticulous maps, detail diagrams, drop lists, and course operations manuals in digital and physical formats.
Event-Day Management
In an era where major course setup errors seem to be in the news on a weekly basis, Precision Course Design maintains a perfect record with zero course setup errors. We do the work necessary to ensure the course setup is seamless—accurate, clear, safe, and exactly as measured.
Design, Mapping, & Permitting
Our courses are both USATF Certified and World Athletics Certified. World Athletics Certification has become increasingly important with the recent changes in World Rankings and qualifying points. We also offer Pre-Verified courses for events where Age Group and/or Open records may fall.
Event-Day Course Ops
Options include partial or complete course management (delineation, course signage, barricades, shaping turns, mile/km markers and clocks, fluid stations, lead vehicles, etc.)
Course Flyover Videos
